Granite Polishing Methods:

  • Essential Oils and Hydrogen Peroxide: –Put a little of any kind of essential oil, as directed by professional tile cleaningThese essential oils may come such as peppermint oil, or orange oil, or clove oil in the bowl, add a little soap, and leave them slightly until the aroma of the essential oil is emitted. Put three quarters of a cup of hydrogen peroxide in half a cup of water and mix them well, then put the two mixtures in a spray bottle, and shake well until the ingredients are mixed.
Place an amount of the mixture on granite surfaces, wipe it with a sponge, or with a soft piece of fabric. The rest of the mixture can be stored in a place with a temperature of 21°C.
  • Alcohol: –Clean the surface from the dirt accumulated on it, and get rid of the effects of liquids with a piece of cloth dampened in hot water. Put enough water in a bowl, add a little soap and alcohol, mix three parts of the soap with a portion of alcohol, then sprinkle a little mixture, and carefully clean the granite surfaces by using a piece of fabric. Then dry the surface well.
  • Bicarbonate of Soda: –For water stains, mix a cup of baking soda in a bowl, add two and a half tablespoons of liquid soap, a quantity of hydrogen peroxide, apply them to the stains, and cover them with plastic. Leave them for a day, then wipe them off. Note that this mixture is suitable for Granite tile and grout cleaning in Mundaring.
